ORDERING
INFORMATION
RESERVES
We also offer a Reserve Program so you can call or email
and put a hold on items that you are interested in until
you can send a deposit. We will give you a Reserve Number
to confirm your reserve. PLEASE WRITE THIS NUMBER ON
ANY CORRESPONDENCE TO US AND ON YOUR PAYMENT. Otherwise,
we will not know that you have already reserved the
items and this could result in your payment being returned
to you. We will hold US and Canadian reserves for 10
days, and overseas reserves for 15 days. Canadian or
overseas residents please write or email first to reserve,
or send your credit card number along with the expiration
date, and we will ship your order immediately. When
sending a money order, please be sure it is redeemable
through a US bank.
RETURNS
We Will Gladly Accept A Return For Site Or Store Credit (Less Shipping/Handling & Restock Fee When Applicable.) Notification MUST Be Made To Us Within 10 Days Of Receipt Of You Order. Please Do Not Return Goods Without Prior Consent. Items Returned Without Prior Consent Will Be Refused. Items Returned For Reasons Other Than Damage Or Mis-Shipment Will Be Charged A 15% Restock Fee. Please Be Aware That If your Package Is Lost Or Damaged In Transit To Us, We Cannot Be Responsible For It. For This Reason We Suggest That All Returns Be Shipped Via Insured Mail (Non Refundable). SHIPPING
1.USPS. All orders shipped in the United States are insured so that
you are protected against loss or damage. Shipping prices are located in the shopping
cart area. Additional items ship for less so be sure to finish shopping before
placing your order.
2.UPS 2nd day delivery insured. US only. Prices available
upon request on a per order basis.
3.Federal Express. We will ship Federal Express on your
account plus a $3.00 service charge
4.Posters are rolled and cannot be shipped with other items. They must
be shipped as a separate order.
HOW
TO ORDER
1.Click "SEARCH" on the menu to the right for a quick search. For a more
detailed search click in the same box on "Advanced Search". This will offer
you the ability to search in more detail.
2.On the "Advanced Search" page, you can choose several different ways
to search.
3.Once you've chosen your search's parameters, just
click on the search button. The search results page
shows the items by artist, category, a brief description,
if a picture of the item exists and the item price.
4.Each item has a details screen that will provide more
information on the item, and allow you to add that item
to your order. You can also view all the contents of
the order, or move to the checkout area of the site.
5.The
